EU CyberNet community events have been held annually since autumn 2020 as part of the European Cyber Security Month – October. In the beginning, EU CyberNet organised Annual Conferences for two years (in 2020 and 2021), until it was redesigned as a Stakeholder Community Day in 2022. Since then, two editions of the Stakeholder Community Day have taken place (in 2022 and 2023).

The Stakeholder Community Day brings together various actors engaging or wishing to engage in external cyber capacity building (CCB) – from EU Member States, EU institutions, implementing partners, projects, academia and others, providing a unique set of backgrounds and knowledge for discussions.

This year, the discussions will focus on multi-stakeholder engagements. Discussions will cover issues like cyber diplomacy, enhancing cyber resilience in the Western Balkans and critical infrastructure protection in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The event is organised together with the European Commission and the European External Action Service, in cooperation with the upcoming Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU.
